Our guarantee is simple. You can’t fully understand someone’s skills until you get them on the jobsite to assess. That being said, we offer a two day guarantee meaning if you think you didn’t get what you thought you would out of the talent after the first two days, then we won’t be sending an invoice for that talent. Overall we’re not in the business of charging clients for something we don’t agree on. We simply ask for communication around the talent within the first two days of work so we all win.
What is the minimum duration of employment before I can hire a candidate for my company?
The short answer to this is 520 hours. The longer answer is that we don’t believe that we own anyone’s career. That being said, we’ll never stand in the way of a great candidate working with one of our great partners. In fact it’s the exact opposite. We’ll work to make it happen so that we create a win, win, win (win for the client, win for the talent, & win for us) scenario for all involved.
